My approach

Therapy that feels gentle, clear and supportive

Everything I offer is shaped around your experience. I create a warm, confidential space where you can explore what matters most in your life without pressure.

My counselling is grounded in person-centred work, while also drawing on psychodynamic insight and integrative practice. This means I listen to your story, honour your needs, and help you make sense of patterns in a way that feels right for you.

Whether you are navigating grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship pain, or a difficult life change, the focus is always on what you want to understand and how you want to move forward.

Person-centred

You are the expert in your own life. I follow your lead, offering empathy, respect and consistent support.

Psychodynamic

We explore how past relationships, patterns and early experiences may be shaping your present feelings.

Gestalt

Although you may bring a specific focus, we will explore how other aspects of your life may be influencing this moment, and how to find closure upon it.

Flexible

Online sessions mean you can access support from wherever you feel most comfortable, at a pace that suits you.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

We may look to explore your values so when you’re feeling stuck or people-pleasing, we can find ways to move forward with your values in mind.

How it works

One step at a time

My process is designed to be gentle, clear and practical. We begin with connection, stay curious, and regularly check in so your counselling continues to support what you need.

There is no minimum commitment and no pressure to continue. You are always in control of the pace, the focus and the next step.
